The Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC) 2025 once again brought together global leaders, innovators, and city representatives to explore forward-thinking solutions shaping the future of urban life. As one of the world’s most influential platforms for sustainable mobility and smart city technologies, this year’s edition highlighted the critical intersections between mobility, climate action, digital transformation, and public well-being.
Parabol was proud to join the Tomorrow.Mobility area, contributing to this international dialogue with our data-driven and sustainable urban mobility solutions. Throughout the event, we had the opportunity to present our work, share insights from real-world implementations, and connect with cities striving to build cleaner, safer, and more resilient mobility systems.

Presenting Safely: Turning Traffic Safety Data into Real Urban Impact
A key highlight of our participation was the presentation of Safely – Enhancing Road Safety for Vulnerable Road Users with Smart Analytics, a project supported by EIT Urban Mobility.
During the “Sustainable Transport & Clean Technologies” session, our Marketing Director Tuğçe Işık took the stage to introduce the Safely project and outline how data-driven safety analytics can transform municipal decision-making. Her presentation focused on how Safely converts complex traffic safety datasets into clear, actionable insights for cities. By identifying high-risk locations, analyzing crash patterns, and integrating contextual factors such as lighting, weather, and road conditions, the platform enables municipalities to prioritize interventions more effectively.
Tuğçe also shared real examples from our ongoing work in Konya and Sarajevo, illustrating how data-driven risk identification is already helping public authorities design targeted improvements that protect vulnerable road users and enhance overall traffic safety.

Parabol Engaging with Global Mobility Leaders
Throughout the congress, our team engaged with city representatives, mobility experts, and technology providers to explore how data can shape the transport systems of the future. At our stand in the Tomorrow.Mobility area, visitors explored how Parabol’s integrated solutions support public transport optimization, safety analytics, and multimodal mobility planning.
From fleet efficiency to road safety insights, we demonstrated how cities can use analytics to make informed decisions that reduce emissions, improve transport reliability, and enhance everyday mobility experiences.
A Shared Commitment to Smarter, Safer Cities
Our participation at Tomorrow.Mobility and Smart City Expo 2025 underscored the importance of collaboration in driving meaningful urban transformation. The conversations, presentations, and partnerships formed throughout the event reflect a growing global commitment to advancing sustainable, intelligent, and inclusive mobility.
As Parabol, we are excited to continue supporting cities on this journey—helping them harness data to move smarter, safer, and cleaner.
