EIT Urban Mobility: Project SAFELY | Improving the Safety of Vulnerable Road Users with Big Data-Based Analytics
Road safety remains a critical global issue, with over 50 million injuries and more than 1.3 million deaths occurring each year. Parabol’s SAFELY Traffic Safety Analysis System will be enhanced with new features and piloted in Konya and Sarajevo.

SUMP Ä°stanbul is a strategic plan to improve the city's mobility, making it safer, faster, and more sustainable. Co-financed by Türkiye and the EU, it’s Europe’s largest SUMP project, with Parabol contributing to various components. The project involves collecting transportation data (e.g., household surveys, traffic counts) and developing a data-driven model for sustainable urban mobility.
EIT Urban Mobility: Public Transport Scenario-Based Decision Support Tool
The project aims to enhance and test the Cermoni tool in Modena and Antalya, focusing on improving operational efficiency, reducing financial losses due to demand fluctuations, and boosting the passenger experience through quick and flexible adaptations.
