Project Aim

This project aims to further develop and test Cermoni in Modena, Italy and Antalya, Türkiye. The tool offers insights to improve operations, minimize financial losses during fluctuations in demand, and enhance the overall passenger experience by allowing quick and efficient adaptations. The objectives of this activity include developing an affordable and flexible tool for PTOs, optimizing service levels, and minimizing financial losses during changes in demand.
